Queretaro is a focal point with great potential for future industrial growth in Mexico, connecting surrounding states and located approximately 3 hours northwest from Mexico City and less than one hour from the renowned colonial-era city of San Miguel de Allende.

In the past years, the region has become a thriving center of business where the tourism sector and the aerospace and automotive industries have set the standard.

Despite being one of the smallest states in the country, it is one of the most complete, productive and diverse.

With a downtown area declared Human Heritage by UNESCO and the beautiful landscapes of the surrounding area it’s not a surprise that Querétaro is in fact, one the the best cities to live in Mexico.

Only 10 minutes from the university and 7 minutes from the center of Querétaro, here you can find apartments and houses for rent. The residential development has the following services: Laundry, hair salons, bars, OXXO convenience store, stationery stores etc…

El Mirador

Only 7 minutes from the university and 10 minutes from the center of Querétaro, the residential developments has sports fields, green areas and houses for rent.

Real Solare

Only 3 minutes from the university and 15 minutes from the center of Querétaro, the residential development has sports fields as well as green and recreational areas. There are apartments and houses with up to 3 bedrooms. 24 hour surveillance.

Rincones del Marqués

Only 3 minutes from the university and 15 minutes from the center of Querétaro, the residential development has private roads and houses with up to 3 bedrooms. There are wide, open green spaces.

There is a direct bus that connects the university with downtown area in only 20 minutes. There are bus stops stations outside the university campus.
