Creating a Mezcal Brand
One of our students started producing his own mezcal in the municipality of El Marqués, he carried out all the chemical and organoleptic research that the process involves.
Working at the Oliva Nova Hotel
One of our students spent 4 months collaborating in different areas of the restaurant, floor and reception. She also developed a Customer Care and Service Training Manual in accordance with European standards.
Blindfolded Dinner
Contemporary Mexican cuisine themed dinner that seeks to generate a sensory experience in guests while they dine blindfolded.

The composition
Comprehensive training in the area of health and food science. Students will learn from the chemical and nutritional composition of food, its handling, conservation to the preparation to guarantee adequate nutrition for each person. -
A World Heritage Gastronomy
The roots
Students will dive into the roots of Mexican cuisine, from pre-Hispanic to contemporary Mexican cuisine. Knowing the traditions and cooking techniques of different regions of Mexico. -
Tourism

We will review the main tourist destinations in Mexico, culture, attractions, gastronomy, customs and traditions.
